What is retained

A successful nomination stores the normalised ORCID iD and submission time.

Where it is stored

The list sits in a server directory blocked from public access by Apache rules.

Duplicates

An ORCID iD is stored once. New and repeated submissions receive the same response.

Sessions

A short-lived cookie protects the form and confirmation flow. No advertising trackers are included.

Removal

The site owner may remove an entry or delete the private list.
